Core Aerations (Plugged)

Occurs during the late spring / early summer (April - May) for Bermuda, Zoysia and Centipede lawns and late fall (Sept - Oct) for Fescue lawns.

Over Seeding / Reseeding

Occurs once during the Aeration visit. If lawns are already healthy (thick thus reducing the chances of weeds) on Bermuda, Zoysia and Centipede lawns, Over Seeding may not be conducted. If bear spots exist or diseased grass, it will be removed and Reseeding will be conducted. Customers can opt (for additional charge) to have sod installed in those areas.
All Fescue lawns can expect to be Over Seeded.

Flower Bed Weed Control

This is a maintenance service. A small initial fee will be accessed if Beds have current weeds that need to be removed. The service provides for residential strength Roundup applications. Expect the Beds to be sprayed at least once a month.

Fertilization of Turf

Granular Weed and Feed will be applied every 6 to 8 weeks throughout the season. Starts in March.

Trenching of Bed Lines

We will establish and maintain defined flower bed lines if no barriers exist. i.e. nothing surrounding beds like stone, decorative curbing or wood.

One Fall Leaf Cleanup

Fall Leaf Cleanup will include front lawns only. Rear lawns will receive discount if it occurs during same visit. Expect this service to occur late autumn.

Communication emails will be sent prior to conducting Core Aerations, Over Seeding and Fertilization.
